Your mind starts the foreplay of eating with the subtle aromas that slowing tickle your nose, then your eyes take in all the colorful blends that tease your brain and then the culinary orgasm comes. That is when the food caresses the tongue and that little sound vibrates your lips, ever so slightly, “mmmmmmmm”. When this happens and that sounds hits a chef’s ears, that is when pure joy for the chef is achieved.
Have you ever had that friend that just loves to cooks, but never had any training. Well, by listening to my friends, that is me. I just cook, but I love to see my diners hum, dance or smile while they eat. It is pure joy to my eyes and ears, plus the only reason I like to cook. So here I am doing one of the two things they talked me into blogging and personal chef. Oh and to answer the question, the movie “Burnt” had a line that talked about the business of culinary orgasms and I thought it was perfect to describe my love of food.
My objective is to share with you as many of my dishes, tips, tricks and theme cooking that I can. When I can manage it to come out good, I will show you how we can turn the recipes into Egg, Gluten and/or Dairy Free. I promise not to post the recipe changes for these until I have tried them personally. Nothing worse than looking at a picture of an amazing dish, downloading the recipe, trying it and its the worst thing you ever put in your mouth.
